This notice explains how information is handled by this Zenbiz Travel website.

Planning inquiries

The Start Planning form currently prepares text in your browser for you to copy. It does not submit an inquiry or save your entries to the website’s database. If you share that text with Zenbiz by email or another service, that service also handles the information you send.

Client agreements

When you submit the Initial Client Agreement, the website saves your form answers, typed name, any drawn signature, submission time, and the agreement wording you accepted. Answers include contact and address details, date of birth, trip preferences, advisor selection, passport and vaccination status, and planning-fee acknowledgments.

These records are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage used by this website. The agreement inbox requires sign-in and is restricted to the Zenbiz Travel owner account. Selecting an advisor does not automatically give that advisor inbox access or send them your agreement.

How your information is used

Agreement information supports your requested travel-planning service, communication about your plans, and a record of the terms you accepted. Discuss with your advisor how relevant details will be shared with travel providers and others involved in arranging your requested services.

External services

Trip and booking buttons may take you to Tern. Those pages operate separately from this website, and information you submit there is handled by Tern and the trip organizer. The website’s agreement records are not automatically synchronized with Tern.

YouTube videos load when you choose to watch them. YouTube, social-media sites, and other linked services may collect information under their own privacy practices. The website runs on ChatGPT Sites hosting; infrastructure providers may process technical request information needed to operate their services. No separate advertising or analytics script has been added to this website.

Retention and requests

No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for agreement records. To ask about a record, request a correction, or request deletion, contact Zenbiz Travel at laurencep@zenbiztravel.com or 800-381-1580. Contact Zenbiz to discuss the request and any service or recordkeeping needs.

Use care with sensitive details

Do not enter payment-card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or passport numbers in these website forms. The client agreement does not process a payment. Your advisor provides payment instructions separately.
